Changes since 1.10: +2 -2 lines
Log Message:
- CAN_JIT=yes has to be moved into the actual block containing JITSRCS.
- Optimistically reenable gas/x86 assembly optimizations and JIT for FreeBSD
  as it used to work in the past there. If not, beat me.
